Born and raised in the Netherlands, stroopwafels have always been a part of my life—more than just a treat, they’re a symbol of home and comfort. After moving away, I found myself missing that familiar joy of biting into a warm, gooey stroopwafel, with its perfect blend of crispy waffles and smooth caramel.
I searched everywhere, but it was nearly impossible to find the authentic taste I grew up with. That’s when I decided to bring a piece of the Netherlands here. Determined to recreate that magic, I spent countless hours going back and forth, perfecting a recipe that stays true to tradition while using only the finest, high-quality ingredients.
Today, Mrstroopwafel is my way of sharing that piece of home with you. Every stroopwafel is crafted with care, capturing the authentic flavors I grew up loving, so you can enjoy the same delight I always cherished.
